US pharmaceutical company enlisted Cyclotron’s services to develop and configure cloud-based Teams Phone solution.


The client used three disparate phone systems which provided limited automation and administrative capabilities and wanted to consolidate services onto a single modern platform.


Plan and configure Teams Phone services using Microsoft Calling Plans, enabling numbers to be ported from existing carriers into Microsoft Teams Phone for a simplified administrative and user calling experience. Provided automated call handling and collaborative calling capabilities with the Teams platform.
