Power Platform: Citizen Developer Network Launch

THE PROBLEM This Global Communication client's goal was to promote Teams as a Platform and Microsoft Power Platform including Center of Excellence (CoE) development and deployment, best practices in security and governance for Power Platform, and launching a network of Citizen developers to provide high-value business solutions without leveraging IT resources.

OUR SOLUTION

Our people-centered approach generated excitement, awareness and understanding around the Citizen Developer Network. We launched a program with over 1,200 members to support and drive innovation for their business, all supported with Power Platform. Resources included a 'Hack-a-thon in a Box' work tool along with reference guides and a repository to submit and review ideas.
