MS Teams Adoption: Concierge and Champion Network

THE PROBLEM

The largest Financial Services firm in their category chose to implement M365 cloud services as part of their larger Digital Transformation initiative. They were looking to simplify processes and technology while increasing security and empower their teams to provide a great client experience.

OUR SOLUTION

Leveraging a pilot program, Cyclotron developed workplan tasks for the Concierge Service Program, including stakeholder interviews for business areas. A Champion Network was launched using automation to onboard new members. The pilot program received an almost 90% satisfaction rate and Teams analytics on the M365 dashboard showed sustained, steady growth in active usage.
