CYCLOTRON AS CONTROLLER OR PROCESSOR
We obtain and process personal information in different capacities. When you provide us with your information directly, we serve as a data controller and we determine how personal data will be utilized, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When we process personal information provided by customers using our Services (“Clients”), we are a data processor or service provider, and we only process personal information on behalf and on the instruction of our Clients, who are data controllers or the business collecting that information. Our Clients are responsible for providing the relevant individuals with the necessary information with respect to the use of the individuals’ personal information and gaining all necessary permissions. Cyclotron is not responsible for our Clients’ processing and use of your information in our Services.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Information we may collect from you depends on whether you are visiting our website, inquiring about being a customer, placing an order, responding to a survey request, or using our Services. We collect personal information such as your name, company or organization name, address, e-mail address, and phone number when you register on the Website, create an account, enroll in our services, or provide that information to a Cyclotron representative over the phone. On website pages that collect personal information, we specifically indicate what information is required in order to provide you with the information, product, or service you have requested.

When you visit our Website, we gather information including page requests (URL requests), time of your visit, your IP address, operating system, web browser software, and any cookies which were set during a previous visit to our site. IP address information is not distributed to third parties. We use this information to improve your overall experience. We use cookies to help with navigation through our web pages; they are not used to gather any personal information about users.

Third parties may collect information about you across different web sites, including our website. We do not currently utilize the capability to respond to web browser do not track signals or other mechanisms that provide you with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of this information.
